You can buy the ticket for RE9170 at any CFR ticket office with xSell (electronic ticket issuing). You can buy them from Timişoara or Bucureşti Nord, for example. You can also purchase your tickets for Oraviţa - Anina and back from Timişoara, Bucureşti Nord or most of CFR Călători's stations. Oraviţa and Anina do not have tocket offices, you buy your tickets in the train from the conductor (at normal price).

Mecanicul trebuie să fie autorizat pentru fiecare secţie pe care lucrează. Desigur, el poate fi autorizat pentru mai multe secţii.

Deci in cazul trenurilor ce circula prin mai multe sectii, in special interregio fie se schimba si mecanicii fie trebuie mecanici autorizati pe toate sectiile prin care trece acel tren ? Sigur fara a depasii orele maxime de servici.

The electronic ticket issuing system "xSell" is the system that allows any station to sell ticket for any CFR train. The ticket vending machines are also conected to the xSell system.
You can buy all your CFR tickets from Roşiori Nord or Alexandria if you want (including Oraviţa-Anina).

Poate conduce oriunde cu conditia sa cunoasca sectia. Inainte de a conduce pe o sectie noua pentru el trebuie sa faca recunoastere, iar daca nu are cum sa faca recunoastere el trebuie insotit de un mecanic ce cunoaste sectia respectiva (cum a fost cand veneau mecanici de la Bucuresti pana la Iasi prin Pascani ca era inchisa M600 si cum mecanicii de Iasi nu erau autorizati pe delfini iar cei de Bucuresti nu cunosteau sectia Pascani-Iasi mergea un mecanic de Iasi in locomotiva cu mecanicul de Bucuresti)

De regula fiecare depou sau remiza are sectiile lui. Dau exemplu depoul Suceava Nord ai carui mecanici fac pe sectiile: Cluj-Iasi, Suceava-Buzau si secundarele 510, 511, 512, 513, 515. Pe alte sectii trebuie insotiti.

Bineinteles ca in momentul in care se angajeaza la un depou sau remiza trebuie sa faca recunoasterea sectiilor.

It donesn't matter if I buy a ticket for a future date, not the date of the travel ? For example if I buy today a ticket Rosiori - Alexandria but I'm travelling tomorrow there ?

When you buy it, you specify at the ticket office the date when you want to travel.
Example:
You go to Alexandria ticket office on 17th May. You ask:
- a ticket for Alexandria - Roşiori Nord valid on 17th May
- a ticket for Roşiori Nord - Timişoara Nord valid on 17th May
- a ticket for Reşiţa Sud - Roşiori Nord (with a change in Caransebeş) valid on 18th May
- a ticket for Roşiori Nord - Alexandria valid on 19th May

You must also specify the train, because all tickets are valid only on the train written on them. If you miss that train, you can ask to use other train in the next 24 hours, but your ticket must be stamped at a ticket office with the details of the new train. This also aplies if you want to travel up to 24 hours earlier than the train written on your ticket.

You can ask one ticket with 3 changes for Alexandria - Timişoara Nord. This will bring you 10% of discount from the total price. It is recomanded to write them on a piece of paper the trains you want to use and show it at the ticket office because it's possible the ticket employee won't understand English.

Does the train Brasov-Craiova of Regiotrans is circulating in the summer or then it is the train Brasov-Constanta ? Because at the site merstrenuri.ro and tren.transira.ro there is not mentioned that there are restrictions about the train Brasov-Craiova, but I think that it was like that ... in the summer to Constanta the remaining time to Craiova :roll: or both
