And what is the price of ticket Bucuresti - Ruse?

Hello,

I am trying to find out how much a Single from either Simeria or Arad to Budapest Keleti will cost in 1st /2nd Class on train R346 'Dacia'.

I have tried the CFR website & the DB Bahn websites but these do not show prices for International journeys.

Would i be able to go up to the ticket office in either Simeria or Arad & buy a ticket for this train a few minutes before the train arrives?

Hello,

a ticket from Simeria to Budapest (one way) costs 24 euros in 2nd class and 36 in 1st class. To this, you have to add a reservation (compulsory): normal seat: 4 euros, couchette with 6 beds: 17 euros, couchette with 4 beds: 24 euros, sleeper with 3 beds: 32 euros, sleeper double (2 beds): 43 euros (all accessible with a 2nd class ticket) For a "single" sleeping car (1bed) you need a 1st class ticket and the bed reservation costs 88 euros. Choose the Romanian sleeper (no. 415) instead of the Austrian one (no. 416 - older an apparently less safe to close).

You can buy tickets on the day of the departure, and you will also get a normal seat reservation, but you will not get a sleeping car or couchette reservation at the counter on the departure day. You have to buy it directly at the sleeping car attendant, and it is not sure that you find free beds.

All these prices are valid if the ticket is bought in Romania. If you buy it elsewhere you will pay up to 30-50% more. If you leave from Arad, you can count a couple of euros less for the tickets, but the reservations cost the same.

De la un hc. se poate cumpara abonament de ex de la statia de tip hc.la o statie vecina ?

hc. - haltă deschisă pentru traficul de călători, cu vânzător de bilete
Deci teoretic da, daca are vanzator, are si abonamente.

2 lunii ?? cred ca visezi cu ochii deschisi. Bucuresti-Campina e gata de vreo cativa anii. Campina-Predeal se lucreaza din vara lui 2007 sau 2008 si desi sunt 47 km nu au cum sa se termine in 2 luni. Pana la toamna nu cred ca sunt gata cu Campina-Predeal. Pe aceasta portinue se circula pe un singur fir si mai e de lucru atat intre statii cat si in statii cum ar fi SINAIA, AZUGA, Valea Larga si Predeal daca or faceo acum sau mai tarziu odata cu Predeal-Brasov.
