Stadler reaffirms its leading position in hydrogen-powered drive systems in Californien

The new contract award for six more state-of-the-art hydrogen-powered FLIRT H2 trains for the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) and Caltrans shows Stadler’s leading role in driving forward sustainable rail transport in the US. The vehicles are contract options of the agreement signed in October 2023. With our innovative alternative and ecological solutions, we are steadily driving the decarbonisation of rail transport across the globe.
