In Venlo station (Olanda) are some tracks equipped with a switchable overhead. With German and Dutch tensions.
For exaple, platform 1 has the NS Intercity to THe Hague with 1500v DC and when this train is departed in direction west, the power on (the overheadwire at) the same platform is pulled up to 15kv 16,7hz AC, the German power. Several minutes later the train from Germany can arrive in Venlo from the east on the same track.

In Roosendaal the Belgium trains with 3000v drive at 50% traction/power on the Dutch 1500v system, but thats only a few kilometers.

Interrsesting... any broken pantographs there?
Here the wire doesn't end up so suddenly, it continues for several meters and it gets a few meters away from the tracks, so a risen pantograph can't damage the wire.

No, that doen't give any problems with the NS trains:

The pantograph doesn't swipe sky high, because all the NS pantographs are designed for the countless numbers of moveable bridges without a wire... There are about 25 in The Netherlands.

My handbook says: Sign to ''lower pantograph for foreign powervehicles within 300 metres''

and:

"Pantograph must be low for foreign powervehicles''

This signs are shown on the totall trace from Belgum till Amsterdam on bridges without an overhead wire.

But once in a few years or something the (Belgium) traindriver forgot... Then the wire is complete demolished for several hundreds of meters.

I'ts between Maatricht and Liege Guillemis. By the way, if you turn arount here with streetview, you see the largest ''enclave'' of Roma and Sinti people in The Netherlands. (they are rich, and earn their money with car-selling business etc, which you can also see on the the streetview)

In this video, at 0:27 you can see the beging/end of electrified railway. If an electric locomotive goes beyond that point, the wire won't be damaged.
